I know it might be tempting to think that restricting is the answer to all of these…
But restriction DOES backfire at some point.
Many women fall into the pattern of restricting during the day and bingeing or over eating at night. And once you are in this cycle, it can be very hard to break.
Additionally, restricting and over eating can throw off the natural rhythm of your hunger and fullness cues… making it difficult to truly TRUST your body’s intuition.
