He went YEARS without reporting to probation? How is this even a question of revocation?

No sympathy for sexual predators, ESPECIALLY those who are predatory toward children. There is no way he would should have even gotten probation in the first place.

Something tells me this guy doesn’t accept accountability

I can’t even imagine what he was up to after abandoning probation he was free to prey on more children for a couple years without having to worry about anyone checking up on him.
I hope he gets all 15 years, he deserves every minute.

This shows just how many holes there are in the system. Insane that he was able to be on probation and not report for that long.

“Would you like a breakout room with your client?”
“Nope.”

You can't blow off probation _for two years_ and not expect to go to jail! Grow up.

"I'm going to be 26 and the oldest person in college". Oh to be 26 again and think that I'm old...

This guy looks like Beavis and Butt Head all wrapped into one.

His argument is ridiculous. Many people go to college at 30 and beyond. He just doesn’t want to pay for what he did. Look at his crazy behavior. If he’s in therapy, it needs tweaked!

Defendant does not come across as someone who has overcome his issues.

I just did a quick google search on the defendant.
If the defendant is the same Jacob Bunt that I found online (and I'm about 85% sure that it is, based on name, approximate age, location and that the district court in the Zoom meeting matches up with the information found online), then it would appear that Jacob got himself into some pretty huge trouble, and was VERY LUCKY to have not faced time behind bars. (It may not have gone well for him behind bars, due to the nature of the charges; again, if this is the same guy.)
Having dodged a major legal bullet, it would have been made abundantly clear to Jacob that he needed to report to probation, in addition to everything else. He didn't do what he was supposed to, so now he needs to face the consequences.

Considering the possible nature of the crimes, I have ZERO sympathy for him.

He sent genital photos to a boy aged 13, he also met up with and molested said child. This man obviously has mental issues and needs help but the courts need to put him in jail.

🤣🤣🤣🤣 I am dying at at his face when the judge says “Mr. Graff would you like a brief second with your client”

I love how he removed his little man bun for maximum tantrum effect.

That is probably one of the best criminal defense attorneys that I have seen in these videos.

Mr Graff : errrrm, no … no thanx 😂

this was a _clear_ case of "If I ignore the problem and act like it never happened, it will go away!" and I am willing to bet he thinks since he gets popped and brought to court "It's all the _courts/judges_ fault for destroying my life!"
