Bhaiya suppose I have 10+14 thousand in my bank account and if 14 thousand blocks then that 14 thousand I can’t use right then after unblock again I can see 10+14 in my account ?

Sir ..medplus ipo amount show blocked in my account ..as per phone pe....but when i check my status on ipo allotment. ..its show pan not found ..and my amount still blocked
