I just had to return to this video and leave a great comment. I listened to this audio on Saturday for the first time and actually this was the first time I came across Shelly's channel. I decided I would have practiced the meditation the same day but for whatever reason, I didn't.
Yesterday, Sunday I listened to it for the second time but this time, I did the meditation along with Shelly.
Last night I played the love frequency music while I fell asleep and this morning, I decided to practice Shelly's meditation again. GUESS WHAT? He has already messaged me. OMG, it happened soooo quickly.

I have been watching Shelly’s videos for 12 days and he contacted me last night asking me to see him this weekend! It took me a couple of days to realise I had to focus on myself and grow ! Self love is the key !!

That genuinely was so intense once i got past some resistance. Like I had been restarting the first 10-15 mins for about 45 mins before my mind finally committed to receiving this exercise. Then suddenly, I found myself tearing up! Both at the overwhelming feeling of love and security surrounding me and within, as well as a sudden release of past trauma. I feel like a part of me just healed itself and it feels the way people describe that sudden release of emotion stored in the body.



*update: two days later and there’s movement with sp!!! He’s asking to be together after a month of no contact!! He came is really loving and understanding! No seriously Shelly this MUST have been the key. I’ve been affirming for so long without movement that I thought I was doing something wrong and started affirming every hour on the hour. Then I started getting tired of it so I was making me spiral into doubt because not only was there mostly no movement but when there had been it was him going away from instead of towards me. We talked for four hours today and we’re going to see each other the next three days while discussing how to move forward!!!


Update three! Two days into us spending three days together and he’s driven me around to my errands, bought me flowers, macarons, wine, Starbucks and breakfast one day as a gift and yesterday he bought me some Lily Pulitzer clothes and we got back together officially! He’s calling me his babe again, telling me he loves me and repeating all my affirmations to me. He’s even cleared up some things that happened in the past which has helped me release some pain plus some things weren’t even what they seemed! I just had a poor self concept!

Also he apologized for the things that he did do as well and has even given me ways he plans to avoid those things and improve as a partner! This works! Please persist!
