That’s a plague marine helmet, look at the little ball in front, it’s very similar to the designs on other PM helmets, along with the rivets in the back.

That's a very common, easily recognizable helmet from the 8th edition Death Guard Plague Marine sprue.

Death guard player here and that helmet is one of the head options from the plague marine kit with the spike on the top of the helmet cut or broken off

It is not advised to hang explosives from the power pack that expels hot gas directly onto said explosives.

So we have, primaris legs and chest, a CSM rocket launcher, a Deathguard helm, some of what seems like ork scavenged rounds on the back. That's a pretty good combo

I think it says something i immediately recognized the helmet and knew it lacked the spike on top lol. I've put together too many DG lately

That is a deathguard helmet and those are Rockets to the rocket launcher he has
