Thank you! very intuitive explanations. Which i desperately needed after not studying stats for 4 years

Why is F(100) = 1 if the discrete distribution only have up to P(X=6) as a possibility within the probability function? (8:41)

@3:20 how come the return you make is an infinite decimals when 20.19 - 20.07 = 0.12 ?

has anyone calculated nCx (nCr) on the HP 12c?

As a side note, thank you IFT - especially the presenter - very thorough lectures.

Why probability of success is taken 0.50 in solved question.

In the explanation for the Probability distribution of Binomial Random Variable’s Formula, you say that order doesn’t matter but I think that’s INCORRECT.

Since, we are already using nCx in the formula. nCx can be interpreted as choosing 7 out of 10 positions where we will obtain success and in the remaining places we have failure. Please let me know your thoughts on this!!!!

Hay nice job but if 7 successes out of 10 trials, then 3 failures will occurs so the probability will not be 0.5 for success and 0.5 for failure. Rather 0.7 for success and 0.3 for failure
