When I was in the second grade I had a friend whose dresses were always wrinkled when she came to school. This was in the 1950s before wrinkle-resistent fabrics were available. I finally asked my friend about those wrinkles, and she told me that her mother made her get dressed for school the night before, so she slept in her underwear and a dress every school night. Very sad.

Ok the art binders are amazing. Great idea. Wish I had done that. I had stored my kids in our outdoor building and unfortunately rodents got in them…so they are no more.

You are so right that mornings, while preparing to get out the door, are crucial to staying balanced and happy about facing the day ahead. We need orderliness and ritual to feel secure with what will confront us as we get to the tasks at hand. Keeping distractions to a minimum is essential for adults and children to keep a rhythm, a momentum, and most of all our clear focus. You are well-prepared and many schools help the parents with that by having good lists and calendars before classes begin.

Try to watch all of your content because I always learn something great! I didn't see the way to find the stickers for the birthday presents. Did I miss it? Also, the ribbon for teacher presents was so adorable.

You've got me on a journey to DIY my own acrylic calendar board hahaha. And the supply bin is perfect timing! I just bought my almost 3-year old a set of crayons and markers and it's already a pain putting everything back in the box.

I saved my children’s artwork and gave it to them as adults but none of the kid were interested so for me it was a waste of space and effort. One of them said, but mum that’s yours we save our children’s artwork 😂😂😂 I have no place for that in my home.
