Wouldn't the weight of the interiors slow down the car after it goes production? Why are they bragging about the speed already?

LOL this is like the exact same video as MKBHD, same thumbnail, same prototype, etc

I'm sorry, but the more videos I see of this car, the less I expect it to succeed. Their overall presentation, work progress and their beta model seems inefficient. I would prefer a Lucid Motors or Tesla.

My VW Jetta can also do 2.39 if I get rid of all doors, seats, roof, trunk, stereo speakers and throw it down a bridge. No Tesla Killer here guys.

Its 2.39 sec without interiors and electronics. Add couple hundred pounds for real production car. Im sure Tesla S P100d will be faster if they gutted like this FF91.

I'm all for EVs, but so far the only one I would go for is the model 3. It's all about the price, I refuse to spend more than 50k for a car. Regardless of net worth, it's not necessary for me.

I just think it's wrong to announce a car that is still in design stage, interior unfinished why would you announce it, tesla announced the model s in a later stage and they still had many problems to get it on production line

I believe it, when they combined their three prototypes into one!

Looks a way off being mass produced to me. Looks like a lot of fun, but can't help but wonder if they're too late to the party.

Watching in 2018. Haven't heard of any FFs on roads yet.

Lets hope they make it. It has a lot going on for it.

Actual production seats are going to weigh it down a lot. Four racing seats probably weigh less combined than 1 production driver's seat. That's why I don't see the 0-60 speed living up to expectation.

"They have finally released their production model, the FF91" ? Please define "released" ? ...

Everyone is forgetting the simple fact that This is not a Tesla killer. This is a Ford/GM/Volkswagen etc. killer.

What? Backing up into a large parking spot is considered "bold"? The time not spent learning how to drive stick would surely be better spent learning how to park a car...

The very nature of an electric motor will make anyone impressed with its power torque output in the same manner that people are often taken back with the power and speed of an airports terminal tram. Thats simply the way electric motors work. As for this car and the startup company, its pretty much bust. They came in with alota doe and alota tough words towards tesla but couldnt back its words promises nor claims. It bombed like Hiroshima at CES failing to operate, followed by a cloaked man dressed in all black attempting to sneak inside the car just to get it going across the stage. Fact is, they underestimated not only the achievements of Elon Musk and Tesla, but also the real world complexities of building an electric car that works. Musk not only did his homework, he built his own infrastructure that will support not only his cars and products but to provide to other manufactures. Basically he made Tesla its own Oil company. Faraday's Future is history.

When Tesla first came out, many have doubted it too. Look where it is now. Tesla was founded in 2003. Tesla really took off after Model S which came out around 2014 in the US. So all of you doubting this brand means one thing. There are many followers and there are a few leaders. People tend to follow what's already popular.
