try to time your opener with energy tick, that way when you open you get an instant tick of energy right after and aren't wating.

Good luck having enough swift thistle to make all the tea you'd need if you are on a long BG or out farming. 1 Tea dose per target when you're doing a 500 kill run will bankrupt you on most servers or take you a month or more to gather if you are lucky.
