I have that exact bass....bought brand new in the late 80's Outside of a small chip in the the fretboard, it's still like new and still plays great. I also still have the Westone case. What sets mine apart is I have John Entwistle's autograph on it! Saw him on a solo tour at Harpo's in Detroit.

this was my first bass in this color when i was about 12 in the early 90s . bought for a couple of hundred bucks 2nd hand at local pawn shop. didn't really realize at the time, but its a pretty good bass!

I bought the spectrum gt in 1985 when I was 21yrs old, sold it in 2019 and I wish I would have kept it to upgrade pups and hardware because it had a great easy to play feel to it, I ordered a yamaha trbx504 bass yesterday btw ! The westone uses high end wood like maple, rosewood,that is hard to find on guitars in this range ..

I found one of these in a dumpster a couple months ago, it still works, but it needs some fiksing with the plugin, a buddy of mine said I should oil it because it looks salty. I have no idea what that means, but I love the sound of the bass.

I have a ( to my knowledge> a Electra phyonix westone bass. Neck and body #'s match.. but the S#'s start body... 58-9.335 and the neck is also 58.. ss# is 40305000. Can you help me with aging it?

I have that exact same bass in great condition was my 2nd bass I purchased back in early eighties its been collecting dust since the late 80's. No idea how much I paid for it but once I got the Geddy Lee Jazz bass I lost interest in playing it. Are they worth much $ anymore?
