As COVID-19 cases tick up, you may find yourself needing to get tested. For those of you with at-home tests, you may have noticed an expiration date on them. So can you still use it after that date or should you toss it in the trash? Abby Llorico verifies.

So I go into Walmart and see a test that expires on 97/21. Then, a sticker is put on the front telling buys the new date is in Aug 2024. What gives? So is this a scam? I thought those test were given out free of charge. Now Walmart puts a new label telling buys to disregard the old date on the seal? Let's investigate this?

They didn't work very well when they were fresh, does it really matter?

I am 62 years old, never wear the mask, never vaccinated and still see no reason to get tested. I have a great immune system from eating a healthy diet and never eat junk like McDonald's, donuts, cakes, chips and stay far away from sugary drinks made with corn syrup. It is my understanding that covid is harder on those who are obese and have a terrible diet. People have 2 choices- live and eat healthy or take endless amounts of experimental covid vaccines.

Imagine still taking tests proven to be fraudulent.

TL:DR version: If it was made in the last two years and the control line shows clearly, then it should be okay.
