In this episode, we check out the Polychrome Analog Flanger by Walrus Audio. We haven’t spent much time with the flanger effect and we definitely feel like we picked a great one for our first deep dive. This is simply a fantastic and inspiring pedal. We had a lot of fun recording this pedal. The Polychrome is a true bypass, analog Flanger pulling in familiar layout controls from the Julia and Lillian. Dial in a wealth of colorful flange with the D-F-V (Dry, Flange, Vibrato) blend knob and the shape and voice switches.

👍👍👍 I feel like I use Flangers more then phasers. Seems like you can get similar tones from chorus, flanger and phaser.

Nice tones especially with the drive pedal. I have to say that drive is nice. Only you guys would turn the flanger into a lesli pedal LOL \m/

Question for you all… does anyone that has this notice any volume drop when engaged? Never had any issue with that before with my other pedals (for reference all my other modulation pedals are BOSS). It’s pretty noticeable, especially if I’m doing using the momentary function.
