I do own one, and one thing I don't like about this backpack is that it doesn't have any sort of frame, so when you're not fill it fully or not put solid items on the rear part of the backpack, the back of the backpack will form to whatever you put in the back. For me, it's uncomfortable. Luckily, it's easily fixed by putting a corrugated plastic on the back as temporarily solution. I'm going to put a permanent ABS sheet very soon.
