Hello Mr. Ronnie, thank you so much for your sharing knowledge about PD. I have question, in that explanation I highlighted "partial discharges also create heat". If all isolated HV & MV equipment (CT, VT, cables, bushings, etc.) if measured and found to have a fairly high temperature, is it definitely caused by Partial Discharge?
