Could you plz tell, me how it's goes for resigning from job. Should i have to contact 3 month before. For example. If a person want to resign before his Vertrag end. And after resigning, it will take another 6 week to stop going to work. How one should go with this circumstances?

Thanks for this video, however, I have the below questions:

1. If our contract ends with the company and our visa also ends along with it, how can we get a visa extension even if we are eligible for employment benefits? I mean, if we do not have a permit to stay in the country, then there is no way Job center can help us right?

2. Is it possible, that Auslanderbehorde will give us a grace period after the visa ends so we can possibly look for new jobs whilst being supported by Job Center and Arbeitslosgeld? If yes, how long can the grace period last?

My question is regarding the PR. Someone is eligible for PR after 21 months if one has B1 or 33 months with A1. When this period is started? From the day when one started a job or when he gets the blue card?

Thanks Jibran for your information. I am in Blue card and paid 13 months of unemployment insurance. If I loose a job then my visa ends with it right? Can I still claim ALG 1?

I just wanted to know weather it has a bad impact later on German Citizenship application if you get ALG1 in case you got fired or left your company for good reasons and availing this benefit.
Secondly for how long one can stay abroad while getting ALG1 and unable to find another job?

Jobcenter only gave benefits temporarily and I had to go to social court Berlin in 2023 in Order to get money from them, and there is a Lady in Rechtsantragstelle who makes up stories in her letters about my part time jobs in 2024 - she always creates new stories and I have decided to work and earn money rather to rely on them - there are several stories that they loose documents which one submits to them....since 3 months now I am not receiving money from them ....
every half year the benefit Department and their staff causes trouble for several unemployed people here in Germany ....I am tired of their Theater ...
