John Cena talks to Chris Van Vliet about his thoughts on AEW (All Elite Wrestling). John is known for his time in WWE with epic matches against The Rock, CM Punk, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns and many others. He has had a very successful career in Hollywood starring in films like Bumblebee, Suicide Squad, Peacemaker, Daddy’s Home and Trainwreck.

One thing I love that I don’t think people notice is that John knows the difference between wrestling and sports entertainment. He knows WWE isn’t a wrestling company, it’s sports entertainment, but he knows AEW, Impact and smaller circuits are actual wrestlers.
Means a lot, especially coming from Cena, who didn’t perform in smaller companies before WWE

I was John’s 2nd pro match in UPW when he was Prototype. John was a class act then and a class act now. A true gentleman, and I won’t ever forget how he put me over (spoke good of me and my wrestling) in front of my kids. I knew John personally and he is very cool. You go John. A great representative for anything he wants.
