HIV and AIDS awareness

HIV and AIDS is a public health crisis in many countries and has socio-economic, employment and human rights implications. One of the most effective ways to reduce and manage the impact of HIV and AIDS in the workplace is by creating awareness. This course will enable learners to understand the effects of HIV and AIDS, how it is transmitted and how to create a supportive and caring environment in the workplace for those infected.
