Because he got tired of Solo or Dr. Jones doesn't mean he doesn't enjoy having the roles and having fun acting and doing stuff on sets. I'm a guy who would have a tough time dissociating from the character but he does it naturally. He's an actor, that's a job.

CGI mocap with a dude that can’t even lift his arms anymore like on shrinking, his facial expressions being filmed in an eviroment he prolly can’t imagine and with the mocap suit and masking on, I bet his „fun“ will be nonexistent.

Just imagine him screaming in anger and trying to swing arms around like in a fight 😂 they prolly use Stunt double for the harder parts, but that will feel so awkward mixed together on screen 😅 way too much effort for the character and the outcome, should’ve straight taken someone else

I still think MCU casting directors missed the boat on Stephen Lang for Tbolt!!! Man, he would have killed it, and is still young enough to give some longevity to this role.

Ford is great and is Hollywood royalty, but he's almost 80, and honestly will be tough to believe he will put forth an honest effort. He really seems to be done with acting and kinda just phones it in. His heart just doesn't seem to be in it anymore and he's got no patience for fans.
