Alex Bregman made so many great plays a third base - none made the cut? Also Mookie Betts throwing out Tony Kemp at second - that should have been a top play as well. I guess chicks dig the long ball...

who decided that 8/10 of the best plays were home runs? there is already a video for only home runs for this series. there were so many good defensive plays on both sides.

Most entertaining Red Sox playoff series I've seen in my 50 yrs. A 5 game emotional roller coaster. Hope the World Series isn't a let down. Houston is a great team, too. Would love to see it rise to the level of the Sox/Yanks rivalry.

Mookies throw and even as a Sox fan I’ll admit I can’t even name how many plays Bregman made that should’ve made this

One of my late mother's favorites was Brock Holt. I think she also liked Jackie Bradley Jr.

BoSox fan here who admits he picked Houston for this series. I just believed they had a more solid rotation because of Verlander, and also Sale's limits and Price's history. They surprised me, though, especially with their three road wins against the other 100-game winners and defending champs.

Price gave a clutch performance in G5, the defense of the outfield was key, JBJ came up big offensively after a sub-par season, the bullpen (aside from Kimbrel's struggle) was great, Eovaldi pitched well again, Betts showed more of his speed on the bases, and they gave a nice show offensively in the final game with clutch hits from Martinez and Devers.

Hats off to the Astros though because they were no small obstacle.

After his shakey game 2 start I was worried about price starting game 5. Especially against verlander. And after that worry settled kimbrel came in and the worry came back. He's got the 4 saves but they've all been nerve racking. Thank God he locked in when he did.

They forgot the best bit. The stunned look on Verlander's face at the end. Love it so much.

Not a single defensive play from Bregman? How about the throw from Mookie Betts? Tony Kemp "catch"? Reddick diving catch? Game 4 alone could have made 5 of the top 10 moments tbh. That was one of, if not the best game of the entire season.

That first game was just a tease for Houston. That’s all they would get. Sox dominance.

For real a solo home run in the first inning?

No hubiese sido home run, si Verlander le hubiera hecho caso a Martín Maldonado ya que Maldonado la bola de la estaba pidiendo abajo.
