You don't need to write code in NodeJS or Solidity thanks to an amazing feature that Etherscan brings us which is email alerts.
You can choose any wallet that you want and get an email everytime:
1) This wallet sends a transaction
2) This wallet receives a transaction
3) This wallet receives Tokens (ERC20)

This method works on any EVM chain that is supported by etherscan, for example: polygonscan, ftmscan, bscscan, etc...
