Stone temple pilots, Crackerman live at The Concert Hall, Toronto Ontario, Canada October 18th 1993. Presented in the correct 4.3 aspect ratio. Other versions on YouTube have been stretched to 16.9 widescreen, slightly losing the top and bottom of the screen. I made No adjustments to the picture or sound. Received from a trader friend in Canada June 1996 on TDK HS T160 NTSC, at SP, recorded using a HiFi VCR. The Full recording as I have it runs for 62 minutes.
I copied the VHS tape to DVD Sept 2019 and just decided to upload part of it here to compare with other online versions. Digitised using Sony Nicam Hifi VCR and Pioneer DVD recorder,

@9:58, "Fuck me? Jesus Christ man, it's only my 3rd song!" Scott had a way of dealing with the douchebags in the audience, didn't take shit from anyone! Thanks for the upload, STP performances are hard to come by, although more seem to pop up every now and then. I miss when Scott was still a muscular, deep-voiced man. He did become a better dancer later on though!

Awesome video, the context for Scott's rant at 3:02 against the "racist and sexist venue" they were in... I believe is a mention about this building being a Masonic Temple that wikipedia says was built in 1916. Stone Temple Pilots playing in Toronto's Masonic Temple, I wonder if someone from the record label thought that was a cute marketing gimmick or something. Scott Weiland ahead of his time. The address is listed as 888 Yonge St.

the band sounds fantastic Robert DeLeo said that when they recorded Core the producer wanted it to sound like a live show, they really nail the songs here and eclipse the album cuts

Seen STP open for Megadeth (back when "Core" first hit). No less than 500 people left during "Hangar 18." No shit. I'm a huge Megadeth fan, but we were ready to leave as well...out of SHEER RESPECT for Stone Temple Pilots. Yea, they were that good. I've seen Mustaine nearly a dozen times; to upstage that guy is no easy task.

Awesome footage! Keep em coming. Wish I could have seen them in ‘93. My first STP show was in ‘96, Freeman Coliseum, San Antonio, TX, a pretty big venue as they were already huge. Would have loved to have seen them early non in small intimate setting like a Masonic lodge, even with the sexist and racist history (which I wasn’t even aware of til now!)
