The use of Unreal engine 5 was very good choice by the developer now he doesn't have to care about optimalization so much because it's really smooth, the engine can generate ENTIRE city without having to render the buildings that are far away, the engine has bigger distance of rendering than UE 4.

If he's interpreting the flashlight mechanic according to FNAF2 lore, you basically put Foxy into a reset loop. He would have eventually come out of it, though.
