Just got mine! using it to get to work doing around 10miles during the day and when i get back its around 60%, pretty impressed. note i weigh around 85kg, even up hills it still pulls up them around 14mph :D

I bought a Pro E Scooter for my son. I spent £275 and it broke down less than a year. This was nearly 3 years ago. Now he's 14 I might surprise him with this one.

I love mine so much. Only regret is after 2 flats I replaced both with solid tyres. Now the ride is worse and grip isn’t as good. One solid, one air was still great though. However, whilst it’s worse, it’s still good and never gives me trouble, bar running out f power which was mine and tons of large hills fault, not the scooter. Highly recommend, even when I fully load it with a ton of food shopping it’s fine. Had a giant bag of potatoes (like 7.5kg) and a few other other bags (large “bag for life”), 3 or 4 I think PLUS I have this small bag attached to the steering column that was also full AND my backpack was full and the scooter handled it like a champ. A. It slower up the hills we have around here but it still got up to speed and wasn’t too much slower to accelerate than normal. Great purchase, honestly. Like having a car without the emissions and expense. GOVT needs to full legalise ASAP!

Bought a pure air in 2021 500w. After a few years of use stem starts to go . Rear fender gows quick easy to snap or crack. When this happens the rear brake light goes . Also, it doesnt hold its charge as well .
Always use slime on both tyres . To prevent punctures . On the whole they are robust and nippy, especially up hills . They are good for the price . (So i would recommend) Sadly i had mine nicked earlier this year 😢

A major design flaw on the Air 3 is the location of the controller to head unit cable. It comes out over the front mudguard and can move excessively when steering, resulting in premature breakage and an error E3, or the scooter doesn't work at all. Also inclusion of 'smart' battery. In previous designs you could replace a broken BMS and get a battery going again (or even use a different battery of same size and rating on the Air 2), now there is a controller on the battery that can fail in addition to the more standard BMS components. Throws an error 13 if you unplug the BMS communication connection (white and yellow wires), but the scooter still functions, unlike some other brands. The overall construction of the scooter is great, and I've never opened one up to find it waterlogged inside (or evidence of water build up), but trying to get hold of major parts new is impossible (head unit, controller and battery). It should be possible to repair an expensive device at reasonable cost (right to repair).

Looks like a good job. Would be happy to own one. It has a lot of feature parity with the Ninebot Max G2 across the board which i would assume is its main competition in that price bracket. A bit of a toss up featurewise.

Just got my pure air 3 love it so smooth of a ride the only one fault that I have come to realise is the charger flap is annoying because it’s too close to the deck which doesn’t allow my charger cable to go all the way Inside one movement of the wire and it doesn’t charge 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ bought brand new from curry’s is this a regular fault

Pretty convincing, just bought the PA3. Should I have gone pro? More power but same top speed at 15.5mph, does this mean acceleration is better on the pro?

Would be great to have a store to go to, when I went to buy the last one here in Barcelona I got to try them with people that knew the scooters and showed me how it worked, I ended up buying it for that. Also I went there to the shop to fix my tires now you cant its not the same :( all online experiece changes a great deal. I used to say this brand was like the "APPLE" of scooters, but apple has great costumer service and amazing stores to go to.
