Super Easy 1 Sheet Basket Made Two Ways

Measurements:
---Basket with the flaps---
--Take a 12x12 sheet of double sided pattern cardstock and trim down to 10 x 12.
Save the 2" strip for the basket handle
--Scoring: on the 12" side score at 1/2" , 3 1/4" , 8 3/4" , and 11 1/2" turn to the 10" side and score at 1/2" , 3 1/4" , 6 3/4", and 9 1/2"

---Basket without flaps---
--Take a 12x12 sheet of double sided pattern cardstock and trim down to 10 x 12.
Save the 2" strip for the basket handle
--Scoring: on the 12" side score at 2 3/4" and 9 1/4" turn to the 10' side and score at 2 3/4" and 7 1/4 "

I like both baskets but prefer the one with the side flaps. I would glue them down though. I am going to adjust the sizes and make them smaller so they will fit on my tiered tray. It would look so cute for Easter and/or Spring. Thanks for sharing!

I’d love a grateful journal session! When I can’t fall asleep at night I mentally list some things I’m grateful for - even “the bed is warm and cozy, ” (which not everyone has, sadly), and I fall asleep. I’d thought about starting a little journal, even though journaling hasn’t been my jam.

You could score and fold the sides of the handle so you get part of the green paper to show there. <3 Id love to see how you can make one of these from 6x6 paper so they are super cute and small to hand out to like coworkers with just a few pieces of candy each

Great baskets. I can see the handles with scalloped edges or adding lace. I will make a couple for sure.
