Cogent, more than cogent. The best Biden has ever seen. I saw him juggling chainsaws while riding a bike on a tight rope with no net. While doing this, he was striving for peace in the Middle East and singularly finding the cure for cancer. He just needs some beakers and a high school chemistry set. He is amazing.
