HKS TRB-03 Toyota GT86 time attack onboard at Tsukuba Circuit

Here we ride onboard the Toyota GT86 HKS time attack car trb3 which is based on the GT86. The Toyota is a variation of the Subaru BRZ & Scion FRS cars in Japan the JDM version is simply known as the Toyota 86.

holy shit, that's really fast. Tsukuba is my favorite track so I know how fast this is(for comparison to the lap time here, it would be around 1:07 on GT86 stock engine/stock suspension with RE71R tires, and I'd say that's a pretty decent time already)

238km/h at Tsukuba's rather short back straight is really fast. There's no run off if something malfunctions.

These cars today are truly unbelievable, favorite track is the only track I’ve ever been to, and is no longer there, but watched the big CanAm Porsches and Ferraris race there in the early seventies. Yes I’m an older race fan, but really appreciate the strides that have been made in racing over the years.

Bloody hell that thing is quick and it looks so planted. Tsukuba is one of my favorites since I use it to tweak and tune my cars in Gran Turismo, though I think the Nurburgring Nordshleife is my all-time favorite. Thanks for the video!

Nurburgring, specifically the Nordshleife, is my favorite. Always my go to when I’m testing cars in forza. Who doesn’t love a 12 mile long track? Lol

Thanks for the vid! Can you elaborate on the downforce to drag ratio? If they claim it's infinite, it can only mean that the drag coefficient is 0 which I highly doubt :D

My favourite race track I have driven is the Nurburgring, but Bathurst is a close second.
Tsukuba, Laguna Seca and Spa are on the bucket list though

Highly doubt this has infinit downforce with minimum drag but this is forsure the fastest car I’ve seen at Tsukuba

It is hard to choose a favorite track, but would have to say that it's Brand's Hatch for me, due to the technical corners and the crazy amount of elevation change. As a US native, it's always been a dream of mine to drive it. A close 2nd and 3rd would be Laguna Secs, and of course the Nordshleife at Nurburgring.
