Hi,

This was super helpful. I’m attending mid year for the first time next month and just found out about PPS events. If I decide to sign up, how prepared should I be for these interviews?

Are they more informal and really just an opportunity to ask questions about the program? If so, what questions should I ask that make me stand out as a candidate?

Should I expect to be questioned by them as if it’s an actual interview?

I’m definitely going to do some more research but I’d like to get your feedback if possible.
