The problem is that there’s a generation of Latino men and Latina women who want Latinx to be the new progressive term. There’s another older generation that thinks it’s stupid given that Latino and Latina are masculine and feminine as that’s how Spanish works. (With masculine versions of a word and feminine Version of a word, meaning you’d add an A or an O to the end of s word) and then you have a generation like me who was raised by an older gen who doesn’t give af what it’s called lol. I think Latinx is stupid because it’s grouping all of us in one category and I much rather we still have our separate identities. So I prefer Latina or Latino however bungies response by hiding replies WAS a terrible decision and why so many Latinos and Latinas were saying just call us racial slurs at this point.

I expressed my dislike on the forums today and that I felt offended as a latino for this post and Bungie reprimanded me for being racist. How am I racist? Bungie is the one making money off latinos and latinas by making an emblem to sell and on top of that, using a label that more than 97% of latinos don't appreciate and find it offensive.
