I'm not a big fan of gel, but I might start using it again. My hair is still a TWA so theres really no natural weight from my hair, and I think with gel it will weigh my hair down. Do you think using the gel would weigh it down?

So if I shingle/twist my hair consistently will that train my hair to be curly over time or is that just a style that will last me for a while and then I’ll just have to do it again?
