Maybe there's some overlap, but sometimes people aren't useful on a project anymore because they've finished what they need to do on it with their skill set.. or what they do is held up by something else that's going on.


You can't just throw everyone in the company at one project and it'll get done faster. That's not how development works!

Is this supposed to be an arena battle type game like Chivalry and Mordhau, but not photorealistic? Or is there more to it than that?
