The problem I have is you upload a video and I go and watch the video. The guy deserved the standing by the musicans, but I was amiss (?) that my girlfriend(s) the drummer only did the tamboreen instead of being showcased.
And, my problem continues; I couldn't supress the urge to comment. I noticed
Chief choreographer - Honored Worker of Culture of Russia Marina Egorova
and did a little research re: honorary and honored. Her title is "no loger issued" according to WikiPedia, although Putin (remember him) issued two in 2021 for a region of Sibera, Irkutsk Region. That got me to thinking of our use of Russia and the USSR, but the USSR is gone now. Rome fell also.
There is a long list of "honorary" titles available, and they are all "Honoured Worker ..."
So I guess either can be used in text. There are a lot of these titles available. Nothing wrong with the government stroking citizens. That last word is key, otherwise I would apply for Honored Commentor of YouTube Videos. I make a joke but I am trying to learn. You answered me once, do not do it again.
The titles are reflective of much effort by the people to advance their field. I'm confident they are not issued without good reasons.
