The way I imagine Anaxa with Acheron is as a sustain. If he could take the place of Aventurine/Gallagher/etc. then that allows for say Pela/Jiaoqiu, Ruan Mei or Robin for example. Now, Anaxa actually does decent damage and Acheron does a ton more. If you were to use Anaxa signature on a team with Pela he will have 100% defense shred. If you use Robin he'd have more attack and Crit damage. Ruan Mei for more damage and sustain help.

This might be the only video I've seen people not wasting any stacks of E2 Acheron, usually people would wait for "buff" and it's killing me to see them wait and waste all that stacks (their wait usually could results in another ult deployment).
