Ch.14 of Cr.PC Conditions Requisite for initiation of Proceedings

Chapter XIV of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 is Conditions Requisite for initiation of Proceedings
Section 191 (1) (a) (b) & (c) : anybody can complaint ( to process case in court)
Section 190 to 193 provides methods for taking cognizance under the code.
Section 195 to 199 are exceptions to rule that anybody can complaint ( to process case in court).
Section 199 of CrPC prosecution for defamation.
