I use the Platinum carbon ink the most, but have also been using the Noodlers ink and was surprised how fainted it looked. I realized that if you don't shake the ink before refilling the pens, the ink separates from the dye and you are writing with mostly water now. So don't forget to shake.

Cool, best to shake it, just to be sure, coz' these are in suspension. Shake it even, when you're about to write if you haven't used your pen for awhile.

How long does it take for the particle to settle just a bit by the way for Noodler's black (bulletproof. I bought for the first time, the huge bottle the one with the cool glass eyedropper)?

You forgot to tell us something. Carbon Black is a little darker, dry fast, but is it waterproof? Can you let me know? Or anyone else knows? (I'd like to order Bad Black Moccasin but need to wait for 1 to 2 months, forget it. I don't wait so I have to choose something else that's really black, permanent and no need to wait.) Thank you in advance for your answer.
