I'm a Windows 10 user, but I prefer using the website because it's quite frankly faster than the app! Also, it feels more polished!
What about adding downloads to the website (via service worker)?

Win 10 app is a joke on PC, the only hotkey that works is spacebar for play\pause. No fullscreen (no double click, no F, no Alt-Enter, only by clicking the icon), no volume controls, no fast forward\rewind. Also the mouse pointer behavior is very annoying sometimes. Its simply better to use it in browser, sure chrome only goes 720p, but IE and Edge (which I use specifically for Netflix)can go 1080 and 4k no problem. And the web versions gave hotkeys and behave just ok mostly. So maybe they can add the proper hotkey support next =\

Netflix app for Windows 10 is horrible. Buttons are scattered all over the place. You want volume? Top right. You want full screen? Bottom right. You want play/pause? Bottom left. There is not a single keyboard shortcut except for spacebar to start/pause. Please fix this app. Enable keyboard shortcuts for full screen, volume and rewind/forward.

I've had so many problems with the Netflix app on Windows 10. I've installed it, uninstalled it and then installed it again hoping the first time around there we a glitch with the install and still it freezes on me, screen flickers as I scroll down, etc. I hope they fix it...

Huh. Interesting. Are the videos encrypted? How are they stored? Do they maintain a standard H.264 encoding, but in a different wrapper? So many questions!
