Ichigo is universal+. Saitama's greatest achievement so far is Multiple Solar Systems for Galaxy. Saitama had no chance. Saitama cannot see, feel or touch Ichigo. Ichigo has a Zanpakutō which is capable of directly cutting souls, Saitama doesn't have any durability on his soul. This means that Saitama's soul has the same strength as a normal human. Ichigo is able to 'one slash' Saitama due to this. Ichigo is over x700, 000, 000 ftl in True Bankai HoS, you just need to add all of the multipliers from ss arc Ichigo to tybw arc Ichigo.
In the anime, Hogyoku Aizen was able to completely erase a human soul by being present nearby and a little after that, Ichigo then went into his Final Getsuga Tensho (FGT) form which even Aizen stated that the FGT was at even higher level than him. This means that FGT Ichigo is capable of evaporating a soul by being present nearby due to the overwhelming amount of reiatsu. In the tybw arc, It was stated that one of True Shikai Ichigo's Getsuga Tensho was almost as strong as a mugetsu, this tells us that True Shikai is around the same level as FGT. Add in the Bankai and HoS and he is deadly. The other hax that I mentioned was about his Zanpakutō being able to cut souls directly. You can call reiatsu hax because characters without spiritual energy or anything related to spiritual energy are most likely unable to beat Ichigo. This is my reasons on why Ichigo will stop at Goku rather than Saitama. Ichigo literally no diff Saitama.

ichigo is multiverse so he claps saitama. here's why:
muken is inifinite confirmed by unohana (proven in ln). ss ichigo (near beginning of the anime) stopped the sokyoku that can destroy the whole soul society and soul society got universe's size if we take out muken. hueco mundo is infinite confirmed in databook. garganta is an infinite multiverse that hold up the bleach cosmology and ichigo killed yhwach who has sk reiatsu and was going to destroy the entire bleach cosmo. ichigo is 5d stated by aizen. overall ichigo is low complex multiversal (can get to complex multiversal with multipliers)
