In the 90’s my uncle an I were fishing and a car some how jumped the guard and landed halfway in the water right across from where we were casting, that day was weird asf, we ended up nailing a tarpon from the bridge and a few other goodies.

Great catch. May I suggest dredging it in milk and corn meal before frying. Grilling is an even better way to cook it.

As a snapper fan, I can personally say that 90 cm adult snappers caught on a heavy duty rod tastes the same as a 40cm snapper caught on a kmart kids rod
