that happen to me I was playing on my tablet on the map entity 303 and I found a cross I deleted it went on another world with no seed and I keep seeing crosses in every world so yh I do believe he follows u on your world

i searched up in Google about Herobrine's information, i found that Herobrian😂 was actaully a notch's dead brother and he manipulates the MCPE app itself and it says that herobrian(brine*) can place blocks and remove anything he wants..If you do not believe me search in google and click the minecraft wikipedia page..its true!
