A Schengen visa is a short stay visa allowing its holder to circulate in the Schengen area. * Travel Itinerary- reserve these two. Reserve for free please .that includes proof of your round trip flight/travel reservations or other documents that show intended transport, as well as proof of what you are planning to do in Germany within the period that you wish to Remain
* Proof of Financial Means 3 months bank statements if you are not working get a sponsor with a obligation letter. In german it’s called VERPFLICHTUNGSRKLÄRUNG– (if you know someone in Germany they support with your stay)

* which is a document that proves you have the amount of money to finance yourself during your planned stay in Germany. This can be a recent bank statement that shows you have enough funds to spend at least 45€ per each day spent in Germany. If proof of owner financing is not possible, the applicant can submit a formal declaration of a third person who is willing to finance their travel and stay in Germany alongside with proof of their financial means.

Hey Sindy …the first time you had your Schengen visa issued.Did the embassy ask you to report back to them after exiting the Schengen area.I got a Schengen visa in Nov and I’m exiting the Schengen area with 5 days to spare.But the embassy where I’m from (Zimbabwe)asked me to report back just to prove to them that I’m out of the Schengen zone.This is extremely money consuming because I live in Cape Town.Just wanted to know if the embassy you applied with had the same rules for you aswell.
