In india, and many other south asian countries we use a thing called surma which you put on your waterline. It’s alot similar to this.

I do tight lining with liquid eyeliner every single day since I was 14. If you keep it mostly in between the lashes and not all the way in the waterline, it does not clog or irritate anything.
