If kids spent more time playing outside, less time indoors on screens/electronics & actually ate home cooked nutritious whole food they might have stronger immune systems. Just a thought. (Of course washing their germy hands & not coughing into their hand & spreading germs on everything they touch would help too). Stay healthy. Go play outside.

I wonder if all that mask wearing could've had a weakening effect on the immune system. I read part of an article that called this the hygiene hypothesis but it looked like they were just trying to say why they don't think it's true so I stopped reading. Chalk it up to common sense I guess. The saying 'if you don't use it you lose it" seems to hold true.
