Equipped with BYD's Blade Battery, the SUV boasts an 86.4 kWh battery capacity and a single-charge range of over 500km (NEDC). Charging the Tang is a breeze, thanks to its various charging options. From a wall plug (2.3 kW) to a 3-phase 32A (22 kW) connection, the charging time ranges from 43 hours to 13.5 hours depending on the option used. Charging between 30% and 80% of capacity takes just 30 minutes, making it convenient for users on the go.

The Tang's entry into the European market is a significant milestone for BYD. The first 100 European-specification Tang SUVs were shipped to customers in Norway, marking the company's entry into the competitive European passenger car market. BYD plans to supply a total of 1,500 Tang SUVs before the end of 2023.

As a german, i like the exterior.

It would be much beautiful, if they don’t use a big display. It always get dirty and and has a higher probability of it breaking.
