Then Gero's super computer got a hold of some of Majin Buu's...substance, and was forced to rethink everything.

The fact that 21 was given a number not only concedes that further progress beyond what was achieved with Cell is possible, but more or less confirms that creating an even stronger android than her is theoretically possible.

Arcsys really loves Cell, now do they??? Not complaining, he is my favourite Z villain AND my favourite Dragon Ball villain overall. It's just weird to see this beacuse I can't remember the last time Cell had a big role in some game or anything, if I am to be honest.
