Despite the objections of every single crew member, corporate forced us to replace our already awful mps 4100 machines we hated with one of these. The vendor swore up and down they were more reliable and they had revamped the previously useless service techs to actually solve problems.

$500k+ and a year later? This thing was even more unreliable than the mps4100s were. All the strapping modules were inoperative and it had jams and plunger issues just like the last machine. Ridiculously terrible machines. Service techs come up and stand around baffled on the phone with their chicago home office...and the machines run no better the next day. Just a nightmare. Corporate should listen to the employees that actually deal with these things daily. This was the very definition of penny wise and pound foolish.

Yo uso esta maquina en mi trabajo, pero podrian dar una explicacion como usar correctamente el alimentador de los tickets amarillos para que queden bien instalados y sea facil para cortar el tickets amarillo y no se rompa por la mitad al jalarlo....
