a doubt...can't we predict if the news is fake or real for the news other than ones present in the manualtesting dataset??

When i check a latest fake news from the google all classifiers shows that it is fake, but when i check a latest real news RFC and DTC show that it is not a fake news and LR and GBC show that it is a fake news.but why? Please reply ..this is for my post graduation project🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑

Hello, in your data, in the column called class, do i have to labelle the news in each row as true or false manually or there is a much better and neater way to do it based on certain conditions or features each news item contains. I want to try this on Urdu dataset, I have tried base models but don't achieve an accuracy of more than 72 percent using tfidf and count vectorizer.
Is there a way where we can use tfidf (ngram for char and words)?
