Aconcagua Altitude Training.

Today I recorded my vlog from the Extreme Environments Chamber at Brighton University.
I completed an incremental 2 hour session at 4500m simulated altitude with 16kg pack, inclines up to 25% and summit boots on.

Here I share my experiences, what is happening and what tactics I am using to place myself in the best position possible to summit Aconcagua in January 2020.
