So happy for JJ. Glad he’s coaching the lakers. I believe he can get guys to buy in and get back to stacking championships by getting guys that have a tenacity for the game on BOTH side of the ball. A team that does not take defensive possessions lightly, a team that turns “50-50” balls into 75-25 balls by EFFORT as well as mentally being crafty. And of course offensively by playing as a team, getting guys to move the ball and move without the ball as a unit as well as developing guys into better and more efficient scorers & ball players while being unselfish and making the best plays, extra passes, getting offense boards and overall just being a great team

Yeah but honestly keeping it 💯 ..Boston's coach is an inexperienced head coach, they may need more of a veteran or a guy that the players could relate to a little more.
We'll see how they do this year if he can grow as a head coach and mature but if not they may need to make a change..
