1 Eggs
1Tofu
Shrimps
1/4tsp rice vinegar
2tsp mirin
70g stock

1. 30sec, sp2
Mix Eggs, mirin, stock, rice vinegar and set aside. Rinse bowl

2. 17mins Varoma
Assemble above egg mixture with tofu and shrimps

20 g vegetable oil
10 g fresh ginger root, thinly sliced
500 g pork spare ribs, cut into pieces (4-5 cm)
50 g rock sugar
30 g rice wine (Shaoxing Hua Tiao)
50 g rice vinegar
15 g light soy sauce
15 g dark soy sauce

1. Marinate with above, except oil and ginger and set aside

2. 3min, 120deg, sp 1
Add oil and ginger

3. 25mins Varoma, rv spoon
Add in marinated meat & marinade and leave it to cook
