My Moms Homemade Ham Soup

Ham shank
One can of whole tomatoes
2 celery stalks
2 carrots
2 gloves of garlic
6 quarts water/ cover bone
3 cans of northern beans (use any)
Hand full of scallions
5 basil leaves
2 tbsp. of parsley
Lemon and pepper ( pinch)
Salt/ pepper
1/2 bag of corn ( optional)
Chicken stalk 1 tbsp.
1 tsp pepper flakes
