How to Add Reference to your Visual Studio Project

This is the correct way or rather the only correct way to get a reference (.dll file) added to your visual studio project

Even after doing this, your problem doesn't get solved.Install the SDK from the installler.For that, go to visual studio installer, then go to modify and then check the sdk in the list.Install that.

Thanks for the help! Even in vs2022 the info is still valid- I looked all over MS and found nothing. They stopped calling the References as such and now they are called Dependencies!
